The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Hopi Ear Candles/Thermal Auricular Therapy - £28
Earcandles have a purely physical function. A light suction action (chimney effect) and the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the earcandle, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum. It is soothing and helpful for earache, headache, ear noise and sinusues.
